Grant Jackson

Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Leader

Grant joined the Forsyth team in 2023 to drive value creation throughout portfolio companies as a Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Leader. Grant primarily focuses on leading lean enterprise transformations across business units, strategy deployment, global supply chain savings initiatives, and M&A integration activities.

Prior to working at Forsyth, Grant served as a captain in the U.S. Army for five years after commissioning as an officer out of The United States Military Academy at West Point. During his time in the Army, Grant served as Chief of Staff for a brigade of 5,000 soldiers, led process improvement initiatives for Army Air Assault operations, and coordinated artillery fires for light-infantry units, such as the historic Easy and Dog Company from the 506th Infantry Regiment - the unit followed in HBO’s popular miniseries Band of Brothers. After serving in the Army, Grant received his MBA at Vanderbilt University.

Outside of the office, Grant enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Leah, and their two children, Everett and Clara. In his free time, he enjoys getting outdoors, reading, and supporting the Minnesota Vikings and the Army Black Knights.
