Director of Corporate Development (Barry-Wehmiller Group, Inc.)
Jeff joined Barry-Wehmiller Group in 2013 as Director of Corporate Development, with responsibility for sourcing and executing M&A transactions for both Barry-Wehmiller and BW Forsyth Partners. Jeff works in partnership with our divisional leadership teams to develop acquisition strategies and to identify companies poised to flourish within our highly successful business and benefit from our unique people-centric culture.
Prior to joining Barry-Wehmiller, Jeff spent six years with Bertram Capital, a San Mateo, California-based private equity firm, where he established the firm’s business development function and had responsibility for deal origination, investment opportunity analysis and the overall marketing strategy of the firm. Prior to Bertram, Jeff served as Director of Business Development for an emerging St. Louis, Missouri-based private equity firm. Jeff began his post-MBA career at Emerson in St. Louis, where he worked with divisional and corporate leadership on business development and strategic planning activities.
Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey, cheering on the St. Louis Blues and spending time with his wife, Christina and three amazing kids, William, Charlie and Anna. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Mary Institute and Country Day School (MICDS), which has proven to be a rewarding and enjoyable experience as he works with the talented group of Trustees to help guide the school in the furtherance of its mission to, “prepare young people for higher learning and for lives of purpose and service.”
