    Principal

    Hunter joined the team in 2010 and is responsible for assessing new platform and add-on acquisitions and leading key strategic initiatives within our operating companies. Hunter works closely with our leadership teams to develop organic and acquisition growth strategies and to execute strategic initiatives in support of our operating companies’ long-term visions. Hunter has focused the majority of his time working with the leadership team at our operating company, Engle Martin and was instrumental in the company’s ~6 00% growth in revenue since the initial partnership in March of 2011.

    Previously, Hunter worked for Cherokee Investment Partners, a Raleigh, N.C.-based private equity fund with over $2.0 billion under management, where he helped underwrite and manage large-scale brownfield redevelopment projects across the country. Prior to Cherokee, Hunter was a Senior Analyst at Harris Williams & Company, a middle market sell-side advisory services firm where he completed transactions in a number of industries including energy, business services, transportation & logistics, and industrial services.

    Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys running, watching the Packers / Mets / Tar Heels, listening to music and spending time with his wife, Carla, and his daughter Sara Bryce.  Hunter currently leads the Young Friends Board of North Side Community School, a charter school in North St. Louis.
